SANICHARA
Dr Tony is currently a Director of HELP University (Malaysia) for the PhD and Executive Skills Development program. He is also an Adjunct Professor of the Vietnam Academy of Finance, Ministry of Finance, NEU, and Vietnam National University.
Education: MBA (US GAAP CPA Accounting), MSF (Corporate Finance), BS (CS/Wireless Technology Management).
Licenses: ACICS: Higher Education Accreditation Consultant; FAA (US): Private Pilot, Air Traffic Controller; ICAO: Air Traffic Controller; US Army-OCS: Leadership, Air Traffic Controller, Systems Analyst, Aviation Weather Observer; Learning Tree International: Certified Corporate Trainer, Technology Security Analyst; Digital/HP: Enterprise Systems Engineer.
Sr. Research Fellow: HELP University, Andrews/Griggs University. Began a research project (2010) on the economic transformation of Vietnam. Studied more than 200 companies in various industries across the country. Of particular note were financial services, telecommunication, construction, and education industries. Context was globalization, integration, and equalization of SOEs.
